Yes it should no problem, i used to game with an intel pentium 4 with a radeon hd 7750, you willl be just fine. Cant promise to max out bf3 but you should be running good games. Your cpu will handle it fine

it all depends, the saphire is good because its low profile, and can fit in dell optiplex computers, and other desktop computers. But the ati is a a little better in performance
