Dear All,
I was using “iball 300M MIMO Wireless-N Broadband 300 Mbps Wireless Router” for my home. Now due to need of extending Wifi coverage, I am using “D-Link DIR‑841 AC1200 MU‑MIMO Wi‑Fi Router” as my main router and “iball 300M” as Wifi repeater.

The problem is that, I am not able to access to “iball 300M” for set up through browser (192.168.1.1) while connecting it's own SSID or via cable, although it’s Wifi signal is connectable and internet accessible.

I have done reset by reset pin. After reset, it was accessible through browser (192.168.1.1). But after a while of connecting with “D-Link DIR‑841”, not able to access through browser.
But it is accessible to “D-Link DIR‑841” through browser (192.168.0.1).
Please help to resolve the issue.

Unless it prevents you from doing it just change the lan IP and you should be able to access it.

The problem is your pc always sends data not in 192.168.0.x to the router. The router does not know that your extender is using 192.168.1.x network so it either discards the traffic or attempts to send it to the internet where the ISP discards it because you can't use private IP on the internet.
That is not a common device so it is hard to say exactly what you need to do. It all depends on what the factory software does when you run this as a so called "extender". It also to a point depends on if you are connecting it to your main router via ethernet or wifi and if you are using the WAN port or the LAN port.

In any case the best option is to change the IP address on the lan port to something in the same network as your main router. The optimum ip will be something that is outside the range assigned by the main router with DHCP. If you can't find that you can try 192.168.0.250 since most router DHCP assign IP from the bottom first so it will never get to address 250.

iball 300M (act as extender) is connected with D-Link DIR‑841 (main router) via wifi.
