Can not use a part of my hard drive after cloning.

I have a 1.36 TB hard drive and I bought ab new 4 TB hard drive. I cloned the content of the 1.36 hard drive to the new one and now i habe abou 1.6 TB of storage unassigned left and I can't do anything with it. I can't turn it into a new partition nor can I extend the storage of the cloned partition. Can anyone help me please?

Try creating a 4tb partition on the drive and THEN cloning the drive over.

Is this 4TB drive GPT or MBR format?
Please show us a screencap of your Disk Management window.
