Question Can some one help me by looking at my screenshot of my volt values in MWMonitor

Hi there,
Can some one help me by looking at this screenshot of my volt values in MWMonitor, I have been haven issue with my machine. I have a RTX3060 and it stopped working and I am now using a GTX1080 for the time being... Also my mouse lags so I started thinking it maybe a PSU problem. Does these value show that I may have to get a new GPU? They look low...

Those voltages has nothing to do with the PSU. The PSU only provides 3,3v, 5v and 12v to the motherboard. What's the brand and model of the PSU?
