-triple fan gpu and vertical mount
-white pc themed , i dont mind it being black tho
-2tb ssd
-ddr5
my budget is 2100 dollar ( 8000 aed ) in my region

This is great, the AMD setup would work best, not only less heat, the GPU is also better.
The white theme build will look amazing, I have it myself also using the Steel Legend motherboard, very happy with it.

forgot to ask this, newegg typically calculates the impoer tax if any after the checkout. so 8000 aed includes everything?

If so, we need you to gives us a ball park idea of what the tax is so that we can bring down the cost a bit.
