I have never seen a graphics card like that. Does it have a part # or serial number printed on it. There are GPU's meant for specific regional distribution. That is a possibility. Or there is the possibility that is a GTX 960 clone.
If you have GPU-Z, that should give you some additional information on the GPU type and "name".
Keep in mind that really good fakes do have gtx 960 in the name but usually do have wrong specs so that's where you need to look at if it does have the correct name.

Yes, I have seen that too. The type of GPU and the "name" don't always match up.
I've been using it for a good 2 years till I've recently got a new setup. It used to run games pretty well so it should be generic. It was holding up with games like need for speed payback and 2015 etc. Destiny 2. But It just looks weird to me. Also I bought it from a site called Ebuyer 2 years back as a starter gaming pc setup

They are based Europe & Asia . I've seen Gainward GPU's for sale in the past but not recently (USA). Plus the linked image had no brand name.
