Question Can someone help me my pc keeps having a black screen problemd

Can someone help me my pc keeps having a black screen anytime i try to play a game. My pc started to go have a black screen problem I thought it was a GPU problem since mine was old so i upgraded it. I just replace the GPU from a 2060 Geforce to a 3060 Geforce still has the same problem. after that thought it would be a ram problem upgraded my ram for 16 to 32 still the same problem, reset BIOS same problem, reinstalled windows same problem, swap motherboards, and didn't find anything in event viewer. I feel like i did everything i can the only thing i didn't do is get a new power supply or new CPU if anyone can give me some tip or advice I really appreciate the help.
