Overall the 1050 Ti is somewhat below what you'd want for a 1600 and 16GB of RAM for gaming. If you haven't purchased it yet and are looking to buy it new i'd suggest instead getting a 1060 3GB/6GB for roughly the same price off of Ebay (depending on what country you live in).
Would also suggest getting a 60-120GB known brand SSD to drastically improve your computer's everyday usability or even a 250GB one for putting slow loading games on.
Also has Hellfire says the RAM is a bit slow as Ryzen really loves fast RAM.

Other than that everything looks fine. As it stands right now you should be able to play 1080p ultra on the vast majority of games.
