[SOLVED] Can Someone Please Confirm My Build Before I Purchase This!

Solution
the power supply is serous overkill. if running everything at stock, this uses less than 300W
if you arent going to overclock, the SilverStone Essential ET450-B Bronze 450W Power Supply is plenty, and only AU$49
If you are going to overclock, then the Silverstone 650W at AU$75 is more than adequate. -- 550 would be plenty,. but the 650 is cheaper.

I would consider a 2TB HDD. games now can exceed 100GB each.

Do you really need the DVD Burner nowadays?

If Wireless N is all you have, that one is fine, but I'd suggest ethernet for a desktop that isn't moving anywhere. If you have it, Wireless ac is faster than N

So im about to buy this Pc, but i would love if someone could confirm all the parts would go together. I mean its 8th gen, but im just wondering if im missing something thats not compatible

Even the 2080(I see you have the 2060 which has a 500W PSU req.) only needs a 600W. Save some money and buy the 650W model instead. It's still gold rated so I'm not asking you to sacrifice quality.

I;d invest more in a quality SSD. The Crucial MX 500 comes to mind. It's only $25 Aussie dollars more and we just saved $20 in the last paragraph. https://www.pccasegear.com/products/41244

Save the other $5 with https://www.pccasegear.com/products/21231/western-digital-wd-blue-1tb-wd10ezex instead of that Seagate.

I agree 2TB is a good idea. https://www.pccasegear.com/products/33680

It is more expensive but you might want to consider buying 2 1 TB drives so all your eggs don't break at once should life happen.

Some people on PCPP discovered the NZXT software forces you to let it track your purchases and stuff like that. Personally, I don' believe it, but just thought I'd tell you. Look at some of the coolers and you should find the review with wording along the lines of "the software just [censored]s me off to no end..." in the review.

Edit: Found the review on the NZXT - Kraken X72. LInk to build, read the reviews: https://pcpartpicker.com/b/QDMZxr

The cooler. I prefer AIO's as a rule, to me they look cleaner, add fans that don't need to be bought additionally, have decent+ software for fan control. I prefer the advantages they offer over air coolers. But that H60 and most other 120mm AIO's are the lie. It has almost identical performance and ability to a cheap CM hyper212 evo. And is louder (Corsair's AIO fan choice is miserable). You are planning on running an i7, which despite its TDP (power used by the cpu, not heat output) runs considerably hot when pushed. I'd not use any budget AIO nor air cooler on one. Minimum of 240mm or mid range cooler such as Dark Rock pro series, Noctua NH-U14S etc.

You've got to be very selective with Cooler Master and Thermaltake PSUs. There are some good ones, and there are some that are some of the junkiest power supplies ever. Also keep in mind that if the PSU has an LED or RGB fan, you're likely paying more for the fan's features than for the actual quality of the thing.

Corsair's H100 series AIOs are better, and with air coolers stick to things like the Noctuas or be quiet!s. Like a Dark Rock Pro. As mentioned in a post above.

Also, let's be honest. Do you REALLY need an i7-8700K? An i5-8600K would be much cheaper, or you might be able to get away with an i3-8350K if you don't do that much.

Okay so I have changed a few things up and managed to save a fair bit of money without sacrificing to much performance, can someone please recommend some cooling options to me, Im not sure if I should get a good air cooler or a lower end water cooler. And as for the rest of the cooling for the case, Im very open to suggestions for that as well.
And lastly, I'd just like to hear it from someone else, is everything compatible.

Thanks In Advance
