This is strix 3070 which I want to buy.Seller is second owner and this is what he said:usage time and purpose are of this gpu are uknown(first seller gave no info?),gpu is tested for multiple hours and everything is fine

IMHO you should move on. No information on a used gpu has a built in excuse for dying two days later on you and could turn out to be a bag of worms.

I mean he does allow any kind of testing at his house,but I think Im gonna listen to your advice.
