Question Can someone tell me if the pins look normal or if anything else looks abnormal?

Please elaborate what you're referring to as fading. In fact you might want to provide a higher resolution, picture of the cards PCI express connector/fingers if that's your point of concern. If you see any form of tarnishing on the slots/connector, you can take an eraser and gently rub the carbon deposit off the gold contacts.

Hi Lutfij, thanks for responding, this is the best pic I have atm, I’m just talking about the whiter section on the gold connector teeth on the right side. So that should come off with an eraser then? Thanks again.
