Can you please provide a full systems spec? Did you follow these steps to create a bootable USB installer?

Have you updated your BIOS to the latest version? Can you see the HDD/SSD that you're going to perform installation on in your BIOS?

Lower right click New, add C:\ or whatever drive you want to install it on, and you're off and running.
