Can the ASUS VG278HV which is 144 hz run 60 hz natively?

So can this model run 60 fps natively? Asking if I can use it for console gaming since 60 doesn't go in evenly with 144. Also does this have backlight strobing to improve motion and also freesync?

Odd - I thought if you went into display, you could basically get that old Advanced Settings in Windows that would have the Adapter, Monitor, etc., tabs, and I think the adapter one should show you the list of resolutions and refresh rates the monitor supports.
