Can the ASUS VG278HV which is 144 hz run 60 hz natively?

So can this model run 60 fps natively? Asking if I can use it for console gaming since 60 doesn't go in evenly with 144. Also does this have backlight strobing to improve motion and also freesync?

Doesn’t look like you can manually set the refresh, no freesync, no strobing.

Odd - I thought if you went into display, you could basically get that old Advanced Settings in Windows that would have the Adapter, Monitor, etc., tabs, and I think the adapter one should show you the list of resolutions and refresh rates the monitor supports.

You should be able to set it under 144hz in the graphics option (Nvidia/AMD).

The attached device sets the refresh rate, so yes it should run at 60 Hz when you attach a console.
