[SOLVED] Can the athlon 200ge output toba vga monitor?

Considering an Asrock A320m-HDV as the motherboard, will a vga monitor work with the 200ge? (With no dedicated GPU)

Yes. That motherboard has a DVI-D output that can used with an adapter to connect to to VGA.
You may have trouble using the 200GE on that motherboard if the bios is out of date.

The motherboard does have a dvi-d output and indeed I could use an adapter but would the vga port on itself work? without any adapter, just a normal vga to vga connection since the motherboard also has a vga port.

I purchased Athlon 200GE along with GA-A320M-S2H. The VGA connection with my monitor is not allowing system to boot up. I have ordered HDMI cable from Amazon to connect it to my TV to check if I can post.
