Question Can the PC community review my first build. I am looking forward to buying this build and starting my pc journey as an adult after 11 years.

This:

"no, it just looks nice, thats all."

Then forego liquid cooling.

Save the cost and likely some future problems.

The computer can still look nice.

However, performance and stability are more important requirements.

There are others much more well-versed and up-to-date on specific parts and system builds per se.

I do recommend that before purchasing anything go online to find and read all product documentation. User Guides/Manuals, FAQs, Forums and reviews.

Pay attention to the fine print along with all warnings and caveats.

Look for what is said as well as what is not said.

Plan out your installation process - starting with the Motherboard documentation.

Step by step. Take your time. If something does not seem right then stop and resolve before going forward.

Work in a clean, well lit area. Use the proper tools - generally a screwdriver that fully fits into the screwhead.

Do not force anything. If possible pre-thread all screw holes before assembly. (Pre-thread means to gently put the screw into place and carefully run the screw in and out a couple of times. Then put the component into place and then screw the thread in again.

What is your budget and primary uses? If gaming, be specific in the games played.

My budget is around 1700 CAD. Games i wanna play on this machine is halo infinite as i have a play time of 30 days on it on my xbox one, cs go, valorant, apex legends, gta 5, and hopefully if it could run gta 6 too in future. On top of this, i just like playing classic early 2000's single player games. Thats about it

also if gaming,
include the intended resolution
the in-game settings you would like to use
and the fps you would hope to see in any specific games
as i am coming from xbox one with having 30 fps on most games on a 60hz monitor from 14 years ago, anything above 100 or 120 frames at 1440p would be more than enough for me. On fps games like, halo infinite, cs go, valorant, apex legends, and maybe 2023 cod too.

should i go with this case?..Phanteks Eclipse G300A
if it is the Ultra-Fine Mesh version it appears pretty nice with good available airflow.

the only negative i would say is that you would be limited to 120mm fans but that is not really a huge deal as long as you have nicer fan models installed that can move a good amount of air.

the RX 6700XT may allow for that but the in-game settings would have to be medium-low for newer more demanding games.

ohh, what gpu do you recommend me in this price range, total build costing upto 1300 USD without monitor and peripherals and other components being similar
