Approximate Purchase Date: I'd like to purchase parts this week

Budget Range: $700-800(Max)

System Usage from Most to Least Important: Adobe photoshop/illustrator as well as programs like blender along with being able to run popular games like Warzone, Valorant, Overwatch etc.

Are you buying a monitor: No

Parts to Upgrade: Everything

Do you need to buy OS: Yes

Preferred Website(s) for Parts: Any

Location: USA (Houston, Texas)

Parts Preferences: No preferences

Overclocking: Possibly. not too important though.

SLI or Crossfire: either

Your Monitor Resolution: 1920x1080 60Hz. Plan on upgrading to 2560x1440 144Hz soon.

Additional Comments: Created the Part Picker List with a friend relatively fast. The only thing I'd prefer to keep is an Nvidia gpu (heard those are best for adobe products) However, I'm open to changing anything and everything if it gets me the most bang for my buck.

Why Are You Upgrading: Long story short my brother was on a pretty terrible path spiraling out of control. The pandemic forced him to stay home and he's begun getting his life back together doing some digital art on a horrendous pc he built from scraps. I'd like to reinforce those good habits by upgrading his PC to the point where he can us adobe products with no lag or serious wait time on renders as well as get him to start gaming with me. Haven't played games with this guy since Gamecube dropped The Simpsons Hit & Run lol.

Thanks in advance to anyone who offers their time.
