Question Can this cooler cool this CPU enough?

Looking to upgrade my cpu / motherboard but im not sure the CPU cooler which I found can do the job.

Im upgrading to a Intel Core i7-9700K, the cooler I think will work is a Cooler Master Hyper TX3 Evo.

Do I need to find something better, or does this one work.

PS. Im not gonna overclock it

With stock settings provided you install it right, it can be a little tricky getting the pressure even. If your going to overclock at all then no.
