CAN THIS CPU BE OVERCLOCKED? T5800 2.0 GZ

i would like to overclock my laptop.. it has a t5800 but does it depend on my motherboard for my bios options? its a LG LGR40..config: R405-G

Not easily, if at all. Besides, it's never a good idea to try to overclock a laptop.
