Can this set up run heavy games?

I was planning on buying a desktop to run games that I already own on Steam. I currently have a laptop that can run Far Cry 4 at 30 fps on high but from what I've seen in screen shots ultra is just so much better.

Here are the specs for the desktop i was planning on buying from Cyberpower.

MOTHERBOARD: X99-Gaming 5
VIDEO: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 970 4GB
HDD: 2TB (2TBx1)
CPU: Intel Core i7-5820K Six-Core 3.30GHz

Since most are taking the piss, I'll add my comment and say. Yes, it will play demanding games very good.

Probably wouldn't be able to play Crysis 3 on ultra everything, and sit above 60, but still...
