downloaded bluestacks 4 and have tried the game on multiple settings and have tried all of the possible fixes but cant seem to fix the lag when using abilities. Have it set to 4096MB of ram but not sure if it is normal for it to show bluestacks only using 120mb of ram in task manager.

There could be a variety of reasons why it doesn't run properly.

What OS version are you running?

Is your motherboard BIOS version up to date?

Are your motherboard drivers and graphics drivers up to date?

What are your FULL hardware specifications including motherboard model, EXACT power supply model, storage devices, etc.?
