I'm paying for 150Mbps from my ISP. My cheap Ethernet wire only goes upto 100Mbps and my WiFi gets me around 80Mbps in my room. Is it possible to use both WiFi and Ethernet together to use the full 150Mbps I pay for? Or is the only way to get a new wire? I just can't be bothered to get and set up a new wire for this room. The cable in my main room supports upto 1Gbps so thats fine. Just looking for any workaround to this.

Not easily and not on a single transaction (file download, etc).
