Ok I have two option KEEP my LGA 775 an upgrade my cpu to Q6600 2.40ghz and get 4gb ram.

Or

If i dont buy Q6600 and 4gb ddr2 ram.

I will buy new mobo Processor from AMD and DDR3 RAm??

My question Will it blend?? Will it work?

If you do want to go for an AMD build, you really should go for an AM3+ board so you have an upgrade path to the Bulldozer chips, whenever they come out. The current AMD CPUs are getting somewhat dated, and clock for clock are at best equal to the Core 2s on LGA775.

The Core 2 Quad would be a decent upgrade, but its stock clockspeed is rather slow. A lot of games won't split their work across four cores, so a higher clockspeed is going to be necessary for decent gaming performance. If you get an aftermarket cooler, and look at trying to overclock the Q6600 up to around 3GHz or so, the Core 2 Quad could work well.

The AMD Phenom IIs have the advantage of having the high clocks right out of the box, and the CPU itself would be cheaper, but you do have to buy new RAM and a new mobo. Your hard drive will work fine on the new motherboard. All SATA drives will work on all SATA ports. Speed isn't terribly relevant when it comes to mechanical drives as none are fast enough to saturate the bandwidth of SATA 3Gb/S.

Yea the motherboard i choose is AM3

Is AM3 and AM3+ difference??

Processor and MOBO is AM3 it will work?

AM3 and AM3+ are different CPU sockets. AM3 will only support the current AMD CPUs like the Phenom II, Athlon II, and some older CPUs that aren't really worthwhile these days. AM3+ supports AMD's current CPUs, and the new FX series CPUs that hopefully will be out in October, assuming they don't get delayed again. Either setup will be an upgrade for you, but for the sake of future upgrade potential it would be better in the long run to have an AM3+ board.
