hello

i had my rams at 2400mhz instead 3000mhz which is the real value, so i decided to "overclock" them at 2933mhz because that is what amd says the maximum cap of my processor (ryzen 5 3400g), but when i finished, my bios (asrock b450 pro-f) changed the voltage from auto to 1.350, but in red numbers, like some dangerous, so i set them to 1.300 because at that the numbers didnot show at red

so my questions are:

1. should i ignore the amd advice about 2933 is the max cap of memeory speed for r5 3400G ant set them to 3000mhz?

2. what voltage should i set my rams without damaging any component?

sorry my english sucks

DDR4 at higher than elementary frequency usually demands at least 1.35v but it's good to 1.5v so it's all normal.
BTW; 2933MHz is not max speed for that processor,it's capable of much more BIOS and MB permitting.
