[SOLVED] Can you install Windows 7 on an ASRock B450 Pro4/Ryzen 5 2600?

Hey, I'm updating my pc and have to reinstall Windows. I had upgraded the Windows 7 I own to Windows 10 on my old build. My question is, as far as software/hardware goes, can I install the WIndows 7 on my new build? I read somewhere that I wouldn't be able to (because of either the mobo or the cpu), and have no idea how to verify that.

Motherboard: ASRock 450B Pro4
CPU: Ryzen 5 2600

I don't see why you wouldn't be able to at all.

So yes, you should be able to just fine.

Looks like it might be ok as long as I'm using an optical drive + PS/2 mouse?:

Yeah, could try PS2 simulator in your BIOS.

Now, it will show up as unregistered at some point. You can't upgrade a Windows 7 to Windows 10 and use Windows 10 while simultaneously using the same license for Windows 7 on a different PC.

Thank you. I guess you can install Windows 10 and then use the Windows 7 key. Which I plan to do. EXCEPT, I've just started another thread in Windows 10 sub forum because my Windows 10 just booted up on the new motherboard!
