Can you overclock on an MSI B350M Gaming PRO?

As I've seen from TechQuickie, on the chart, it says that it's unlocked. Does that mean I can overclock, but not as much?

B350 boards can Overclock. However their power phases and VRM cooling may not be as effective.

Thanks a bunch. Thought it wouldn't be as overclockable. Oh well, that's what you have to do to get a budget build. Sacrifice.

Actually the msi B350 gaming pro carbon and the krait are the best b350 motherboards on the market for over clocking, at least until Asus B350 strix comes out.
