Can you take a look of my overclock? Is this OK?

anyways,

i overclocked my AMD Athlon II x2 245 from 2.9 GHz to 3.5 GHz
Undervolting it from 1.425v to 1.400v
CPU-NB ratio to x8
HT link speed to 1000mhz
DRAM speed from 800mhz to 644 mhz (ddr2)
Im using stock AM2+ cooler, like this

because it's bigger than stock AM3 cooler
and im idling at 27C and 46C at full load for 10 minutes using ORTHOS (no bluescreen)
MoBo is MSI-K9N6PGM2-V2 (nvidia chipset)

i will be using this PC 24/7 for multitasking like excel, word, chrome, HD movies, ang light gaming
is this OK? will i gain any boost with this settings? or ill just use the stock speed? temp looks so cool...

you get a great boost with that OC, and also as you lowered the voltages, it will run cooler to. those are great temps, and it should be quite stable, if it seems slightly unstable, then just bump the voltage slightly.

i tried to push it higher, like 3.60 GHz with 1.428V and it was unstable (bluescreened after 30 seconds with orthos), i cant push the voltage higher tho, MB doesnt allow me, 1.428v is the highest setting, and when i try to take it higher, it beeps like "tiiiiiit", and i was like WTF? i think i should be happy with 3.5GHz
