[SOLVED] Can you use a 64gb flashdrive as a bootable drive?

I have a Sandisk 64gb OTG flashdrive and I want to use it as a bootable drive to install Windows 10 on my pc. Does it work?

To install the OS? Yes.
However, whatever is on it now WILL be wiped out as you create this bootable.
Save any data elsewhere before you start.
