Discussion Cannot connect my wifi/ip camera to my laptop

So i bought with wifi cam of rather unpopular brand jht. So its having a mobile app of jht electronics through which i can access my camera connect it and whatnot. i have to create an account in the app and then connect the camera by connecting to cameras wifi, after that i can see it through the app. But i want to access that camera through my laptop and like most wifi cams i thought i could connect it by connecting to its ip address in url. but i cant connect to its ip. i have the cameras ip and mac address and all but it refuses to connect. i used angry ip scanner to scan for camera but i cant find it. i cant ping the camera through angry ip scanner. So how should i go about it?? need answers! please reply.

You might be just out of luck. Many of these cheap cameras don't have web access. Try using ONVIF application (there's one in the Windows Store if you're on Win10).
