On the game "DayZ", I can't connect to official servers located on Singapore for unknown reason, and only Singapore official server,
I can connect to official US, EU, NL, BZ servers

I tried using mobile hotspot to connect and it work, but once i switch to wi-fi in game, it disconnects me
I tried turning off firewall, doesn't work.
I just got the game for the first time ever, so i doubt their server blocked my IP
My friends can join the server, so it's not down
I am located in asia, so i doubt i am region locked

Using VPN solve the problem, but i rather not play with a vpn

What could possibly cause this?

When you say you connect via wifi what does that mean. How is that different than the mobile hotspot, do you use wifi to connect to the hotspot.

I doubt it is related to wifi. What happens if you connect to the router that is running the wifi with a ethernet cable is it still blocked

This is almost a ask the game company why. It could be a IP issue and you are using a IP that someone else got locked. This is why people that think you can IP block someone are stupid. You could ask the game company to unblock it but you might be able to get a different IP by leaving your modem turned off overnight. Otherwise ask the ISP if they can change it.

It means when my PC is using my wifi, i can't connect to the game server,
But when it is using my mobile hotspot, it can connect to the game server

I tried leaving the router off overnight, nothing happen,

This also happen to all my PC, but ill try asking my isp to change myIP

Also, i have turned on a feature from my isp that blocks pornographic website, but very rarely it also have some false-positives which block safe websites, you think this could alao be the problem?
