Cannot connect to Game Servers But Can Still Browse Internet

So I cannot play online games anymore as i will get a communication error when trying to play Tekken 7. I also tried testing this on fortnite and I still cannot connect. To solve this i have tried disabling all firewalls and resetting the router to factory settings, yet these solutions have not worked for me. Any help is appreciated.

scan for malware and virus on your pc. try using google open dns see if it your isp. if you have a test hard drive try a clean install of windows.
