i tried everything but i don't see my ports forwarded. but i have one confusion

Do i require Static IP address of my Local IP (which i have already done it looks like this 192.168.1.150) or i need static PUBLIC IP address ie WAN IP?

I would ask what you need port forwarding for. For normal everyday use e.g. playing games, web browsing and downloading files, port forwarding is not required.

Normally your firewall blocks any and all unsolicited traffic from the internet (stuff you haven't asked for). The purpose of port forwarding is to pass some of that traffic to a specific computer in your internal network running internet services e.g. a web server or game server. This does require your external IP address to be at least stable if not static (unless you're using a dynamic DNS service) and the server on your internal network to be static.

Hey thanks for replying :)
1. i disabled windows firewall
2. i assigned static IP address to my PC
3. changed default DNS in my router+pc to google DNS (8.8.8.8 8)(8.8.4.4)
4. In router i gave my static IP of my pc in DMZ setting of my router so all ports can be forwarded to my PC
5. Now if i visit http://www.canyouseeme.org/ i dont see any port opened not even 80,5631 etc
6. Is there a fault in my Router(i have already asked my ISP for my router replacement but is it good decision or not?)?

1. All i got was port closed
2. secondly i have some doubt on these settings of my router http://on.fb.me/1u7WO0T

EDIT:
on this website http://www.ipfingerprints.com/portscan.php
changing scan mode in advanced option to NULL Stealth showed all ports opened now can you tell me why in normal mode it don't show ports opened?

And should i get my router replaced?
And according to this my ports are forwarded correctly?

EDIT 2:
When i disabled DMZ in router it showed ports as Filtered on the website but when i enabled it showed ports as Closed now i think my router is faulty?

Edit 3:
As soon as i open any specific port in my router that port is detected as closed? Why?

@pauls3743 First of all Thanks a lot your answer is somewhat helping me but still i can figure out what is the problem

TBH, I don't know what ACL controls in a router do, probably control access to the router's web interface. I would expect port forwarding to be under advanced setup.

What the port scanners do is scan your ports to see if there's a service responding e.g. if your don't have a web server running on your computer then ports 80 and 443 won't respond as there's nothing listening on those ports. People much smarter than myself write these port scanners so I don't know why advanced show the ports s now open (for the same "NULL Stealth" it shows my own ports as open|filtered, including the known open ports, apparently this means it can't determine what state my ports are in).

I would still advise you to disable the DMZ, enable your firewall and ask why you need to port forward to your computer.

i want port forwarding for Battlefield 4 but i think ports are being forwarded correctly as i tested port 86 on utorrent and it was opened successfully but sometime it says closed.
BTW i disabled DMZ and enabled firewall and only forwarded some specific ports although still canyouseeme.org dont show port opened but i think the ports are opened as i tested in utorrent

Thanks for the help :)

I want to select all reply as best answer possible?
