TBH, I don't know what ACL controls in a router do, probably control access to the router's web interface. I would expect port forwarding to be under advanced setup.
What the port scanners do is scan your ports to see if there's a service responding e.g. if your don't have a web server running on your computer then ports 80 and 443 won't respond as there's nothing listening on those ports. People much smarter than myself write these port scanners so I don't know why advanced show the ports s now open (for the same "NULL Stealth" it shows my own ports as open|filtered, including the known open ports, apparently this means it can't determine what state my ports are in).

I would still advise you to disable the DMZ, enable your firewall and ask why you need to port forward to your computer.
