Question Cannot open file in thumb drive

Hello. I REALLY need help with my thumbdrive problems, as my hard drive is ** and failing. I got a used HDD, got the intel ethernet drivers on a thumb drive as there's no internet when using the used WD 500GB. Opened in Winrar, move it to 2 different hard drives, cant open it. Says it's corrupt when opening from the thumb drive, I can open it just finely on my pc. I need help so much, thanks in advance

When I download windows media creation, click on it, nothing happens other then a windows logo for 5 seconds. same thing for "Reset this pc", nothing opens.

I need nothing. So all I do is connect the drive, and do a clean install? I understand you.

If there is nothing on that drive you wish to keep, yes.
It WILL wipe out everything on it.

Do you have a USB flash drive, 8GB or larger, with nothing on it you wish to keep?
Did you read the instructions for using that MediaCreation tool?
