Cannot run winxp in safe mode

want to run in safe mode to check for malware when in safe mode it start and then stop after the first screen

Choose "Disable automatic restart after system failure" from the Safe Mode menu and post back the details of the Stop Error message from the blue screen. We need the numeric 0x0000?? and ANY_WORDS_JOINED_UP by underscores.
