I upgraded my windows ME version to Windows Xp Home edition. Since I did this
I cannot load my scanner on to the computer. There is no power from the USB
ports to the scanner. How do I check to see if my ports are enabled? I don't
have the option when rebooting my computer to go into the BIOS information
either. Any suggestions or answers would be great.
