Canon MP210 Problem

I have what seems to be a paper jam on my Cannon MP210

I have checked for foreign bodies inside the printer but to no avail...

I found a video on youtube which shows exactly what my problem is but there is no solution unfortunately.

Anyone have any ideas please?

I need to get this working ASAP.
