Canon MultiPASS L6000

I have the xpl6000.exe and setup2.exe. i followed the instruction to install but i get the error message update incomplete upon running setup2.exe.

i had it installed on xp before. i had a virus which caused me to reinstall everything. this is my only hangup now.

Is this a fresh install of the OS ?
Where did you get setup2.exe from ? It's not even provided on Canon's website.
