cant access router config. page

i have dlink dsl 2750u modem whenever i try to open my router page , munin overview loads up and i cant reach my configuration

1. Did you try to reset the router? Turn it off for approx 1-2minutes, then turn on and try to log in again.
2. Delete your browser chache (histroty, temp files, stored passwords everything) and try again.
3. If 1 or 2 = no result reset your device to factory settings. and try again.
