[SOLVED] Cant boot into anything!

I just built a new computer. i keep getting this message "reboot and select proper boot device". I have tried damn near everything! additionally, the PC doesn't recognize that a keyboard and mouse are plugged into the system sometimes, AND the pc will be powered on but nothing will display on the monitor! please help!

my build:
asus sabertooth 990fx MB
amd 8370 CPU
nvidia gtx 1050 ti GPU
24gb RAM

there isn't a section in my boot tab that would allow me to enable or disable USB boot.

Not usb boot usb port's.

I got everything up and running. found another usb stick and that worked. idk why the other two didn't.

Certain formats cheap quality bios is nothing to play with and if it's a poor quality or failing drive and mobos detects it wont allow for bios transfers for safety
