Whenever I try to boot into Windows 10 from an (official) USB I get an 0xc00000f error. I can't do anything else just go back to the BIOS can't access Repairs or anything.
I have used this Pc for four years now, and just bought a new HDD, on the Disk management screen I merged it with my old HDD (both 2 TB) then the old one was filled up but the new one didn't want to store any data, but I don't think that it is faulty, I screwed up the configuration, then I tried to remove the new drive (Disk 2) but only managed to create a 4 TB Dynamic Foreign Disk that couldn't be changed in any way, I couldn't format it or delete it, I tried disk managment command prompt, 3rd party software, it was stuck.
I then tried to factory reset my PC, but Windows said it couldn't be reset, tried repairing it, still nothing. At last resort I used BIOS (Asus z270) to erase my SSD (where my windows was) hoping thatI can configure my partitions on the newly installed windows.
As I said, I used an official Windows 10 boot USB, but when trying to boot to windows it only has an error. It has to be some file corruption but I have no idea how to repair it.

How did you manage to merge the old drive with the old? Do you mean you performed a RAID array? As for the bootable USB installer, did you use Windows media Creation Tools to fabricate your installer? The moment the OS says it can't be repaired, nor restored, that means you need to reinstall the OS. As for your motherboard, what BIOS version are you on at the time of writing? Do you have any valuable data on both disks?

I "merged" the new HDD with the old, and I guess RAID array is the good word for it, yes.
The bootable USB is a store bought Windows 10 installer, OEM.
I don't have anything on the PC anymore so I would like to reinstall the OS. But I have no idea how could I do it? I tried to boot from the USB, but it let's me select Win10 64 bit or 32 bit but after that it only has an error screen.BIOS was never updated (Asus Prime Z270-A)
