My Toshiba a300 can't boot in Windows Vista. A while after pressing power button it shows the "Windows Error Recovery" screen. At this phase i couldn't use the arrows. For this reason I've connected an external keyboard. I tried both of the choices but i have always the same result: It stucks at the Windows loading screen and after few seconds it shuts down suddenly and starts again doing the same thing over and over again. I tried to boot in safe mode but it stucks again. Then I decided to format it. I used a bootable usb with Windows 10. I choosed from BIOS settings to boot from USB. Unfortunately this didn't solve the problem. This time it shows the windows 10 loading screen and it stucks again. Do you have any suggestions to solve this problem?

Solution
If you have had the laptop since you bought it and you have not upgraded to new ram, hard drive..
It sounds like the old hard drive in it has finally had it.

I recommend these three parts:

https://www.amazon.com/Blue-1TB-Mobile-Hard-Drive/dp/B071F9MLJJ

https://www.amazon.com/Crucial-PC2-6400-200-Pin-Notebook-CT2KIT25664AC800/dp/B0013441J8

https://www.amazon.com/SanDisk-Flash-Cruzer-Glide-SDCZ60-016G-B35/dp/B007YX9O9O

Remember to format with fat32, make sure you are able to do a clean install.
With the iso that media creator tool windows 10 will make for it.

Have your new windows 10 product key ready to go.
