Can't boot Windows 10 from usb

You probably have a keyboard key assigned to quick-boot menu (or something with similar name). I had the same problem and whatever i changed in bios it didnt let me boot from usb. I then realised my Gigabyte mobo's quick-boot menu was assigned to F12. You simply hit that key during the boot to bring up that menu and can choose what drive to boot from. Maybe try some F keys?

Ammm what? Well I only press 1 button maybe 2 and they both work like they should.

Usually it's under the Securities tab. . It should be disabled to boot from anything other than your normal boot drive

Under the Securities tab I have:
-Administrator password
U-Key
-Make U-Key at
-Chassis Intrusion Configuration
