Can't Copy CD

hi everybody, my father computer is on XP and I need to copy a data CD so it will work on my computer because the CD-Rom that I have does not see my CD" CDL driver's License Manual on my computer"

The phone number on the box to contact the person doesn't work anymore.
is there a encrypter that I can use to copy this CD. This cost me $75.00 and I'm piss ...

I can't use my fathers' PC because his on it all day... and I mean all day playing games.

yes, the CD-ROm I have just doesn't support the media

Are you by chance trying to read a DVD with a CD-ROM?

It sometimes does matter what type of media.
The matter is +R or -R
Some dont work with a different format than what it was made for.

Then there is always the question of encryption.
Some people dont want thier cds copied.
