Can't decide on Asus or Gigabyte z68 board...

I've narrowed my search down to these two right here:

I really can't distinguish which one is right for me. Please help me decide on the right one. Thanks!

Expectations: Decent overclocker (2-3Ghz), good build quality/compatibility, avg onboard sound.
Background: GTX460, Zalman CPNS9700 for CPU, Ultra 600W. No SLI. Mech HDDs.

Get the Gigabyte. Little bet better. That ASUS is lower end. Gigabyte is bit higher.

But they are almost the same. ASUS P8Z68 V would be equal : )

Both are good boards but I think that the thing that really sets them apart is the number of SATA III ports (Gigabyte has 2 more) and the set up for the PCI-e x16 set up if you are doing SLI or Crossfire. I don't have crossfire in mind. I use 3 7200RPM SATA HDD and 1 SATA optic drive. That being said, I might just get the ASUS because it's cheaper. Will I regret this? : /

I made one build with that mobo, it OC'd to 4.4 GHz with no problem,

has USB3 - SATA3 - Z68 - u wont regret it.
