cant delete folder

I have windows 10 Pro. When I open "This PC" in left side there is one folder without name that can be expanded, but when i expand it shows error saying location is not available.
C:Users\User|creative Cloud Files is unavailabl. If the location is on this PC, make sure the device or drive is connected or the disc is inserted, and then try again....
So i dont need this folder and i cant delete it.

If you have an account with Adobe - this folder is used when you are logged in to their creative cloud - and is not accessible unless you are logged in.

If you don't have an account with them, and don't care if you possibly lose files - you can take ownership of that directory in the directory's properties....and then delete it.
