[SOLVED] Cant enable rtx and dlss on uwp games

Have a 3060ti and newest drivers.
Control just came to gamepass so decided to give it a go but all the dlss and rtx features are greyed out and it says you need an rtx capable card to enable this feature. This issue also occurs on windows 10 version of Minecraft too. Steam games don't have this issue
Any tips on how to fix would be helpful.

Thanks a lot should've been more precise in looking thought it was just uwp games but just the two I checked

Is win 10 up to date as that can effect things as well.
