Question Can't enable vt-x in hp z440

hello

I have Hp Z 440 with intel xeon e5-2680 v4

And 128 gb ram

I installed windows 10 Enterprise 64

And when I tried to enable hyper-v I found that I have to enable the virtualization firmware

I entered bios and after a while I found virtualization option under security >> system system security

But I found all the 3 options Dim I can't enable or disable

So please help

I updated bios to the latest version

But there's no system option under Advanced tap

Usually when your options are grayed out, it's the CPU itself does not have the instructions. But looking at the Intel Arc your does so ?
