Can't enter BIOS or start up OS

Hi there,

I ran in to somewhat of a problem after trying to reset my computer to factory settings...

I started off by factory resetting my computer. It started decently, but after about 5 minutes, the screen turned all black. I waited for a while (40-45 minutes) before taking action. I went and turned the computer off, using the power button.

Since this, I have tried turning on the computer multiple times, which it does, i do hear the computer working, and the lights turn on, however it doesn't open the OS, and I can't get to the BIOS. I usually get an all black screen when turning it on, but sometimes the screen is all blue instead. I have tried everything I can think of.

Thanks for the reply, to add a question to this answer, I'd like to know how I do this, as i cant get in BIOS or open the OS?

There are actually many different ways to enter the BIOS, and which one is correct to use completely depends on your particular PC's motherboard.
