Question Cant Enter bios

Hello.
i have a major problem.
I cant Enter my bios. When i have a choice to boot from my drive or enter bios, i choose the bios but my screen just goes black and nothing happends, i only got 1 monitor, and my DVI cable is inserted in the GPU.
My boot led is lighting red and that is not normal. I have no problem getting into Windows.
I have tryed memtest with no fails.

CPU Ryzen 7 7700X

Ram G.Skill Trident Z5 Neo DDR5-6000 C30 DC - 32GB (AMD EXPO) part No. F5-6000J3038F16GX2-TZ5N

MB Gigabyte x670 Gaming x ax

IS it attached to monitor by HDMI or DIsplayPort?

Sometimes the bios signal only shows on one connector.

Which version of windows? 10 or 11?

I just found the issue in this second.
Well its a new build, i had a older 9700k and z390 mb before.

Im feeling pretty stupid about this.
Well, on my Old pc i had to Press F12 to get into bios.

On my new system, i did Press f12 again, BUT that leads me to “boot menu” and then i had a choice to Pick between “m.2 Windows and Setup” i pressed setup and then i had the black screen.
All i had to do was pressing the DEL buttom to get into bios 🤯🫣
