Can't figure out which laptop to buy...

Good evening guys,

I'm trying to get a non-expensive (right now I have a budget). My plans are to use it for photoshop and office applications. There's a few things I haven't been able to decide on.

AMD A8-7410 accelerated processor with AMD Radeon R5 graphics with 8 GB Ram 2.2 GHz or 5th Gen Intel® Core™ i3-5020U mobile processor 6 GB Ram?

Is Lenovo or Toshiba any good? I've always had HP and they haven't lasted as long as I thought they would.

well the A8-7410 r5 has better cpu gpu and ram so yeah ... but the i3 one is cheaper and will get the job done it's more than enough ((if you will note play good graphical games)) because the r5 can take some games ...

The A8-7410 is a low performance quad core APU from AMD. It's processing performance can only come close to the i3-5020u if all 4 cores are being used.

The Radeon R5 (Beema / Carrizo-L) graphics core is rather weak. It is a tad bit slower than the Intel HD 4000 that are found in 3rd generation Intel CPUs like the Core i3-3110m. The Intel HD 5500 in the Core i3-5020u is definitely more powerful. Below is a link to some benchmarks from Notebookcheck.net. They rank the 3 graphic cores I mentioned as follows:

The A8-7410 definitely has the Radeon R5 (Beema / Carrizo-L) graphics core not the Radeon R5 (Carrizo) graphics core as indicated in the following link.
