I recently bought a new PC, and everything was going great until I got stuck on the 'Select Driver' page during setup. I've tried following YouTube tutorials and downloading the LAN drivers for my motherboard, but nothing seems to work. I also came across something about disabling the VMD controller, but I can't find where to do that.
For reference, my motherboard is the MSI B650 Gaming Plus WiFi, and I have the latest BIOS update installed.
Does anyone know how I can proceed?"

For the sake of relevance, did you download;
Realtek PCI-E Ethernet Drivers version 10.73.815.2024's zip file off of your motherboard's support site;
https://www.msi.com/Motherboard/B650-GAMING-PLUS-WIFI/support#driver
?

You will need a tool like 7zip if the vanilla extraction tool found on Windows 10 is giving you a problem. Once extracted, you can enter the folder and within the folder you should see setup.exe. Right click the installer>Run as Administrator

My colleague above has made a great point if you're referring to all drivers in general for your motherboard.

Can you show the screenshot?
(upload to imgur.com and post link)

Is that during windows setup? ( step before choosing windows install location?)
You have to set sata controller to AHCI mode.
Turn off Secure Boot,
Turn off Fast Boot.

Also - please list full specs of your system.

What select driver page? You can just download each driver you need on the motherboard page and put it in a folder and run the exes (open up device manager, and install/watch each one individually, and each new driver should populate itself). Chipset driver, Lan Driver, etc, etc. Make sure device manager indicates each one is properly working.

Select Driver page?

I see another asking about it here
Microsoft Forums

I wonder, what stage of setup were you at? Were you still installing windows?

Was this what error said:
“Please select a driver so that your hardware can be found”

if it was during the initial install phase, before windows has even copied itself onto the ssd, it can be caused by the USB drive you are using.

Try making the installer on a new USB drive. Windows doesn't have drivers for every USB flash drive
